War Resisters League (WRL) of Delaware 

A new WRL group was organized this month in Wilmington by several Pacem in Terris members.  Its current membership is drawn from the northern third of the state (New Castle County) and from southern Pennsylvania. In the coming days the group hopes to expand to Kent and Sussex Counties in Delaware as well, thus representing the entirety of the state.

ʉ۬The new group outlined several goals for the coming days and months. They hope to witness for peace on a regular basis through vigils and protests and form a network for military war resisters in the area. The group also hopes to strengthen the WRL network and provide a resource and refuge for all those in the area genuinely committed to peace and nonviolent action for social justice.
